Once your order is placed onto our system we will communicate with you the details of payment and cost for shipping, of your choice, available to you. We accept a range of convenient payment methods to suit your needs. All orders are processed once your order is confirmed on our system. Upon confirmation of payment you can expect the order to be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
We normally ship via Hong Kong Post which offers either Airmail or Express service. The cost of shipping will be calculated upon the checkout process of your order. This will allow you to choose the preferred method of shipping.

We can accomodate your requirements in respect to Customs duties/taxes and invoicing. Please let us know if you require the parcel to be undervalued or packaged in a particular way. The Customs duties/taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer to settle.

We accept exchanges on defective products that are proven to be a factory defect. The procedure for the exchange is dependant on the terms from the manufacturer/agent.
Refund policy for unsuccessful deliveries:
Refunds are not applicable to lost in transit items. The insurance cover from the shipping agent will apply.
If your order is damaged during transit please contact your local Postal Office and let us know immediatley. Both parties must take the necessary action resolve the problem. The insurance cover from the shipping agent will apply.
We do not accept returns for the sole reason of a refund.
